X Nutritions has a worldwide network of partners. We purchase our raw materials through these partners and mix them at the request of our customers. Because purchasing food products is our core activity, we can also put together a competitive offer.
With our many years of experience, you also have a partner in-house from whom you can benefit from this knowledge. The options for mixing foodstuffs start from 100-200 kilograms per mixture.
Depending on your request, the goods are processed fully automatically or semi-automatically.
Mixing your powders
The process starts with weighing the ingredients in the right proportions. We do this on the basis of your recipe. For the time being, we only mix dry bulk goods, or powders/granules.
When the correct proportions have been achieved, the raw materials are sieved and mixed. With the sieving we ensure that the mixture becomes a homogeneous product, but it is also a critical control point in terms of quality.
After mixing, we can pack the goods in retail packaging ( Private Label), large packaging ( bulk) or big bags. On request, we can also fill your products in buckets.

White label & Private label
The packaging process can take various forms and can be tailored to your wishes. We can take care of the raw materials, packaging and labels for you, but you can also supply us with each individual step yourself. When no label needs to be applied, we speak of white label. When a label is applied, it is referred to as a private label.
When requesting this service, it is always important for us to know which parts we have to perform for you, because this affects the price.
We can also support you if you want to have your products mixed and filled, or if you want tablets/capsules to be filled. For more information about these specific services, it is best to look at the relevant pages.
Type of private label packaging
At X Nutritions we mainly work with doypacks. This type of packaging is also called a stand-up pouch. It is simply a bag that is filled from the top and finally closed with a strip and sealer. The packaging is resealable.

Minimum order quantity private label
When we have to pack ingredients for you, the minimum order quantity is usually 20-25 kilograms per product. This only applies to products that are filled as a single ingredient. If you want to have several ingredients filled in the same packaging, you can use our ‘mixing’ service. When ‘mixing’, a minimum of 100-200 kilograms per mixture applies.
* Example 1: If you would like to order the minimum order quantity of Maca Powder in a 200 gram package from us, then you order a total of 100 packages of 200 grams.
* Example 2: If you would like to order the minimum order quantity of Maca Powder mixed with cocoa powder in a 200 gram package from us, then you order a total of 1000 packages of 200 grams.
Sizes
Currently, for small orders, the following pack sizes in Doypacks are available at X Nutritions: 130×220, 160×270, 180x290mm, 210x310mm, 240x330mm, 300x370mm.
This usually means that all products in our range can be filled between 50 grams and 1000 grams.
If you want to order more than 1000 packages per product, we can also have different sizes produced.
Bulk Products
Are you looking for food in bulk packaging?
At X Nutritions you can easily buy products in bulk. We have stocked a large number of food ingredients in our Örkelljunga warehouse storage facility. Both organic and conventional, of the highest achievable quality.
As an importer, we usually receive the goods in bulk on pallets. A pallet is approximately 500 – 1000 kilograms per product. With our tactical location near the port of Gothenburg, we have a unique position for the distribution of foodstuffs.
Quality
The X Nutritions bulk foodstuffs amply comply with European legislation. All products come with a certificate of analysis and product specifications. We are certified organic by SKAL for our organic products.
Delivery time
The majority of our products are available directly from stock. We import products from all over the world and this usually arrives by boat. Partly due to our unique location near the port of Örkelljunga, we have a fast delivery time. Both for our domestic and foreign customers.
How are the bulk products packed?
That depends on the product. But usually bulk products are packed in boxes or double layer paper bags of 1-25 kg per product. We ship this as a single package or on pallets.

Can I receive a price list?
At X Nutritions we do not use a standard price list. We purchase our products on the basis of market developments, exchange rate fluctuations and quantity. These factors can change daily and thus also influence the price. To guarantee you the best price, we quote prices based on product name and quantity. You can request this by email. You will usually receive a quote within a very short time.
